Experiences and Activities
I conducted a thesis titled “Resilience of households in risk-prone coastal areas of Bangladesh” using primary data during my study tenure 2017-18. This research aimed to study the resilience of households and explore the best way to adapt and suggest how to show resilience towards climate change effects in selected climate vulnerable areas in the coastal region. The outcome has an impact on the increase viable adaptation practices and options for finding adaptation strategy, ideas from the inhabitants of the risk-prone area. |
My job in Hellenkeller International in 2011-12, I am involve at the project of the HKI’s approach is to develop, pilot and test new community models that prevent blindness and malnutrition. Once we have a successful model, we work closely with local and national governments and organizations to integrate the intervention into the health care infrastructure and take it to full scale so that millions of people in need are reached.
